Job Title: Clinical Services Director

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Services Director to lead the care team at our luxury care home in Surrey. You will ensure the highest quality care for our residents, helping them live safe, fulfilling lives.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily care delivery, ensuring efficient staffing and cost management.
  • Support the General Manager as needed, contributing to the home's success and managing the care services budget.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of achieving Good or Outstanding CQC inspection ratings.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Clinical Services Director or equivalent.
  • Must have valid NMC pin.
