Role Overview:

This exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administrative Coordinator in Children's Services. As a key member of the Directorate, you will provide high-quality administrative support to the Deputy Director and ensure the smooth operation of the team.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Director's portfolio, including diary management, email screening, and project research. You will also act as a gatekeeper, handling internal and external stakeholder demands with discretion and confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage and prioritize the Director's portfolio
  • Build strong relationships with senior managers and stakeholders
  • Meet tight deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Able to work effectively in a dynamic and challenging environment

Salary: £38,000-£45,000 per annum
