About the Night Demi Chef de Partie Role

The Night Demi Chef de Partie is a key member of our culinary team, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen during night service. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook dishes to a high standard, following recipes and specifications.
  • Ensure the preparation area is clean and organized throughout the night shift.
  • Work efficiently to ensure dishes are prepared and ready in a timely manner during night time hours.
  • Support the Chef de Partie in managing their section of the kitchen, especially during night operations.
  • Adhere to food safety guidelines, including proper cooking temperatures and safe food handling practices, throughout the night.

About You

We are looking for a motivated and experienced individual who has a proven track record in culinary operations. You should possess solid knowledge of food preparation techniques and trends, and a strong commitment to maintaining food safety and hygiene standards.
