The responsibilities of theDemi Chef de Partieare:

  • Preparation of all food items on the restaurant menu during service

  • Lunch & Dinner mise-en-place


The Experience & Qualifications required of ourDemi Chef de Partieare:

  • Previous experience in a similar positionis essential.

  • Experience of working in a busy kitchen is preferable.

Working Hours:On a rota basis with shifts falling between Monday-Saturday.

The club is closed on Sundays, Bank Holidays and throughout Christmas each year.
