About the Role
We are seeking an ambitious and high-performing Assistant Manager to join our team at Bobbi Brown Cosmetics. As a key member of our retail team, you will play a leading role in supporting the Retail Manager to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide inspirational and authentic customer service, empowering our customers to be the best version of themselves
- Coach and mentor retail artists to achieve their full potential and succeed in their roles
- Support the Retail Manager in leading, coaching, and developing the retail team
- Drive sales and customer service targets, while maintaining operational excellence
- Manage inventory, cash reconciliation, and other retail operations tasks

Requirements
- Proven retail experience at Supervisor or above level, preferably within beauty
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Experience of coaching/mentoring others to achieve their full potential and succeed
- Drive to achieve sales and customer service targets
- Retail operations experience, including inventory management and cash reconciliation
- Flexible availability across days/hours
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Proof of right to live and work in the country
