As a Senior Timesheet Administrator, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate timesheet processing services to the SPHC & Manufacturing business units.
Key responsibilities include:
- Processing new starters and employment-related documentation in Timekeeper software
- Creating attendance reports as needed for Line Managers
- Liaising with product managers to agree final timesheets and adjustments
- Validating contract numbers and WBS codes to ensure precise cost allocation
- Promptly and accurately inputting timesheet data into the timekeeping system
- Submitting Timekeeper files and related documents to the group payroll department, adhering to payroll processing deadlines
- Maintaining and updating Timekeeper databases to ensure accurate information
**Requirements:
- Logical and well-organized with the ability to prioritize and work to deadlines
- Numerate, literate, and accurate
- Good communication skills and IT competence levels
- Positive response to pressure
- Ability to manage change and adapt to new procedures
