About the Role

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial aspects of one or more projects from award to final account. This includes cash management, timely application and certification, invoicing, payment, and careful administration of subcontract accounts.

Your Responsibilities
  • Assist with day-to-day financial control and commercial performance management
  • Cash management, including timely application/certification/invoicing/payment and careful administration of subcontract accounts
About You

We are looking for a candidate who holds a Level 4 in Quantity Surveying or similar and has a CSCS Card Red. You should have knowledge and understanding of measurement and valuation, as well as a good grasp of budgets and forecast management. CVR's and supplementary financial reports and final accounts are also essential. Experience in cyclical and planned maintenance is a must, and working on Decarbonisation/Retrofit works would be beneficial. Proficiency in IT systems and packages is also required.
