SERVICE CARE SOLUTIONS LTD is recruiting an experienced Night Nurse to join our dynamic team in Preston. As a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Registered Nurse Learning Disabilities (RNLD), you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and support in a 14-bedded Locked Rehabilitation Service.

Compensation: £24,061.44 per annum or £19.28 per hour (inclusive of paid breaks)

Work Schedule: Part-time, evening shifts

Your primary duties will involve creating individualized care plans, conducting thorough risk assessments, and administering medications safely and effectively. You will also contribute to a supportive team environment that fosters personal growth and well-being for our residents.

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

  • NMC registration and active licensure
  • Background in Mental Health or Rehabilitation settings
  • Proven ability to craft comprehensive care plans and assess risks accurately
  • Familiarity with health and safety protocols and medication administration guidelines
