The ideal candidate will have experience working with children or adults with SEN or disabilities in an educational, healthcare, or social care setting. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with teachers, therapists, and other staff members.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £24,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. As a member of our team, you will receive ongoing professional development and training through our CPD Academy, as well as opportunities to progress within the school and secure a permanent contract.
