The Role

As Executive Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and maximizing profitability at Tesco by exceeding set targets. You will provide vision and leadership to internal teams and external customers, working cross-functionally to create and invest in a growth strategy that meets customer requirements.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Proven success as a Head of or Account Director, with significant commercial experience in a branded FMCG environment.
  • Exceptional selling and negotiation skills, with a strong analytical mindset and strategic thinking.
  • Tesco experience is desirable, but not essential. Experience coaching and upskilling a team is crucial.
  • Strong educational background, preferably degree-educated or equivalent.

What We Offer

Hybrid working arrangement, with circa 2 days per week spent in the Midlands HQ.

A competitive salary package of £90,000-£110,000 plus benefits.
