Responsibilities and Qualifications

This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for data storytelling, excellent communication skills, and a desire to make a meaningful impact on our business. Key responsibilities include:

  • Working with regional teams, local teams, and brand teams to identify opportunities to accelerate business performance through analytic-based analysis and recommendations.
  • Managing communication of reporting & analytical tools across EMEA, including ownership of the monthly newsletter.
  • Supporting continuous training program development, identifying potential new formats to educate and owning briefing and editing of video training material.
  • Delivering accurate and timely business updates, leading seasonal category and performance tracking.
  • Presenting insights to an EMEA-wide audience and building strong relationships with markets, franchise teams, and external stakeholders.

Required qualifications include 2+ years of business experience working closely with data, either agency side or from within a CPG manufacturer with experience of working with syndicated data. Experience with data visualisation or BI tools, such as Tableau, PowerBI, etc. and coding language such as Python is also essential.
