Receptionist / OOH Coordinator - Oxford

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Receptionist to join our busy Reception and Out of Hours Coordination Centre based at Warneford Hospital.
As the first point of contact for visitors, staff, and service users, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, a warm and friendly manner, and the ability to work under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to visitors, staff, and service users
- Manage the reception area, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling correspondence
- Coordinate out-of-hours services, including arranging transportation and providing support to service users
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless service delivery
- Develop and maintain accurate records and reports
Requirements
- Proven experience in a reception or office environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
- Higher education (A Level and/or RSA NVQ Level II standard) or equivalent
