About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Receptionist to join our busy Reception and Out of Hours Coordination Centre at Warneford Hospital.
As the first point of contact for visitors, staff, and service users, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, a warm and friendly manner, and the ability to work under pressure.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience working in a Receptionist and or office environment, with the ability to problem solve and prioritize workload.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing exceptional customer service to visitors, staff, and service users
- Managing incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls and emails
- Coordinating and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and ensure smooth operations
- Working collaboratively with the team to achieve shared goals and objectives

Requirements
- Proven experience of working in a Receptionist and or office environment
- Ability to problem solve and prioritize workload
- Ability to travel between sites
- Higher education (A Level and or RSA NVQ Level II standard) or equivalent
