Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate individual to join our Radiology team as a Receptionist. As a key member of our patient-facing team, you will be responsible for providing a professional and empathetic service to patients and visitors.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in customer care. They will be a team player, flexible, and able to work proactively, using their own initiative when necessary.

Main Duties

As a Radiology Receptionist, you will be responsible for ensuring patient information is up-to-date and accurate on both Radiology and Trust-wide information systems. You will also be a key point of contact for patients and visitors, providing a warm and welcoming service.

In addition to your core duties, you will be required to cover courtesy calling and administrative tasks relevant to the post.
