Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Specialist Consultants in the processing of specialist lending applications, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
  • Handle incoming calls and monitor team performance, providing exceptional customer service and resolving queries efficiently.
  • Provide administrative support, including data inputting, processing, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Assist with correspondence between the sales team and introducers, ensuring seamless communication and timely responses.
  • Liaise with lenders and third parties on behalf of the consultants, building strong relationships and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Track and monitor business performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Manage the diary of colleagues, ensuring efficient scheduling and minimizing downtime.
  • Undertake basic administrative duties across the business, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Motivated and focused individual with excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness of business requirements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong grasp of written English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Able to work well under pressure, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Flexible approach to work, with a positive attitude and strong desire to learn and progress.
