As a key member of our Sales Support team, you will play a crucial role in the processing of specialist lending applications, providing administrative support to our existing business, and assisting with routine administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Specialist Consultants in the processing of specialist lending applications, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
- Handle incoming calls and monitor team performance, providing exceptional customer service and resolving queries efficiently.
- Provide administrative support, including data inputting, processing, and maintaining accurate records.
- Assist with correspondence between the sales team and introducers, ensuring seamless communication and timely responses.
- Liaise with lenders and third parties on behalf of the consultants, building strong relationships and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Track and monitor business performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Manage the diary of colleagues, ensuring efficient scheduling and minimizing downtime.
- Undertake basic administrative duties across the business, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Motivated and focused individual with excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness of business requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong grasp of written English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Able to work well under pressure, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Flexible approach to work, with a positive attitude and strong desire to learn and progress.
