Job Summary:

A well-established insurance brokerage seeks a seasoned professional to lead their Client Executive Team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for client service, operational excellence, and team leadership. They will be responsible for delivering outstanding service, crafting the client service strategy, and driving business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate the Client Executive Team to deliver high-quality service
  • Collaborate with Regional Client Service Leaders to achieve shared goals
  • Drive client retention and satisfaction, elevating the company's value proposition
  • Maintain a focus on operational excellence, meeting efficiency and performance metrics
  • Lead and grow a commercial client book
  • Optimize team processes and efficiency
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in client service and/or claims management
  • Proven supervisory experience with the ability to lead and manage teams effectively
  • Strong operational service delivery management expertise
  • Demonstrated success in designing and implementing service strategies
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage your own time effectively
  • A strong willingness to learn
  • Ability to problem solve and use own initiative and judgment
