About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Legal Counsel to join our team at Ocado Group. As a Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for providing legal advice on commercial and transactional matters, both in the UK and internationally. You will work closely with our Senior Legal Counsel and other stakeholders to ensure that our business operations are compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide legal advice on commercial and transactional matters, including contract negotiation and drafting
  • Supervise junior members of the team and provide guidance and support as needed
  • Work closely with our Senior Legal Counsel and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external counsel and other external partners
  • Contribute to the development of our legal team's strategy and objectives
About You

We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Legal Counsel who has a strong background in commercial and technology law. You will have a minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience and a strong track record of providing high-quality legal advice. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
