About the RoleWe're seeking a highly skilled Legal Counsel to join our team at Ocado Group. As a Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for providing legal advice on commercial and transactional matters, both in the UK and internationally. You will work closely with our Senior Legal Counsel and other stakeholders to ensure that our business operations are compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide legal advice on commercial and transactional matters, including contract negotiation and drafting
- Supervise junior members of the team and provide guidance and support as needed
- Work closely with our Senior Legal Counsel and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
- Develop and maintain relationships with external counsel and other external partners
- Contribute to the development of our legal team's strategy and objectives
- Minimum of 3 years post-qualification as a commercial or technology lawyer
- Qualified Solicitor/Barrister specialising in commercial and technology contracts
- Experience advising on commercial and technology law internationally
- Strong IP and data protection knowledge
