About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Legal Counsel to join our team at Ocado Group. As a key member of our legal team, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice on commercial and transactional matters, both in the UK and internationally. You will work closely with our stakeholders to ensure that our business operations are compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert legal advice on commercial and transactional matters, including contract negotiation and drafting
  • Supervise junior members of the team and provide guidance and support as needed
  • Work closely with our stakeholders to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external counsel and other stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development of our legal team's strategy and objectives
About You

We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced commercial lawyer with a strong background in technology contracts. You will have a minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience and a proven track record of providing expert legal advice on commercial and transactional matters. You will be a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong ability to work under pressure.
