Job Title: Senior HR Advisor

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Advisor to join our team at tlg talent. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in providing strategic HR support to our business, driving business outcomes, and delivering exceptional employee experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, employment law, and best practices.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives that drive business success and employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to deliver HR services, including recruitment, talent management, employee relations, and benefits administration.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to achieve high levels of trust, respect, and professionalism.
  • Champion a culture of excellence, engagement, and inclusion, and promote a positive employee experience.
  • Support the management of employee relations and union matters to drive positive outcomes.
  • Work closely with the HRBP to develop and deliver company change management projects.
  • Develop and deliver business and HR-related projects, including employee engagement plans.

Requirements:

  • CIPD qualified to level 5 or above, or proven experience.
  • Excellent ICT skills and sound knowledge of HR systems, processes, and legislation.
  • Experience of working within a unionized manufacturing environment.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of good practice and emerging trends in the field of HR.
  • Experience of supporting the implementation of change initiatives, ideally within a rapidly growing or evolving business setting.
