Job Summary:

Spinwell Global Limited is seeking an experienced HR Officer to join our team. As an HR Officer, you will be responsible for providing support to our HR Business Partners and contributing to the development of our human resources function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with attendance management, maternity, and flexible working initiatives.
  • Support the HR Business Partners in their day-to-day activities.
  • Provide personable support to all staff and officers.
  • Contribute to the development of HR processes and procedures.
  • Deliver presentations and briefing sessions to various stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Level 5 Advanced Diploma in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
  • Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
  • Relevant experience in the HR field, preferably in a multi-disciplined/multi-site organization.
  • Experience in providing advice and guidance to Line Managers on HR-related matters.
  • Proficient in using HR/Payroll systems and providing Management Information.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to apply financial or technical data knowledge to drive results and effective decision-making.
  • Understanding of legislation and law regulations relevant to the function.
  • IT literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
  • Level 1 Welsh essential (training will be given). Welsh language skills Level 2 and above are desirable.
