Senior Financial Professional

This is a brand new opportunity to join a small, but multi-sited firm of accountants based in the UK as a Senior Accountant. As a Senior Accountant or Accounts Senior, you will report directly into the partner and be responsible for looking after a client portfolio, and supporting the partner with the day-to-day running of the practice.
- Manage your own client portfolio made up of sole traders, partnerships and small Ltd companies.
- Accounts preparation for your client base
- Personal and business tax compliance
- Reviewing bookkeeping, CIS and VAT returns
- Liaising with clients, colleagues, and third parties
- Providing clients with basic tax planning and advice
- Supporting a small team with their personal development
- You will have 3+ years experience working within a practice environment.
- Experience of Sage, Xero or QuickBooks would be advantageous.
- Studying, Qualified, or qualified by experience.
- The salary package for this role is estimated at £35,000 - £45,000 dependent on experience and background, negotiable.
