As a natural leader, you will be focused on delivering world-class customer service to your client, driving long-term mutual success.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead monthly team meetings to discuss results, provide training, and give direction on key strategic priorities
* Provide field insight for future opportunities or challenges with line manager to drive continuous improvements
* Employ the correct capability to ensure delivery of KPIs/ROI and provide a talent pipeline for the future
* Carry out individual performance appraisals and implement personal development plans
* Motivate team to maximize their potential for themselves and Red Bull
* Conduct regular analysis of team performance in conjunction with data insights and production of weekly and monthly reports
* Continuously monitor the Striker budget, ensuring it is not exceeded

Requirements:

* Strong communication skills and the desire to win
* Previous management experience within a sales, FMCG, or retail environment
* Full manual driving license and ability to travel nationally
* Some overnight stays may be required
