Job Title: Regional Field Manager

Acosta Europe is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Field Manager to join our team. As a Regional Field Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Field Sales Executives to drive commercial development initiatives and achieve operational KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Lead and manage a team of Field Sales Executives to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address any issues.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and colleagues.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales leadership and management.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
