Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain authentic relationships with individuals in service, creating a safe and secure space for open discussion and support.
- Collaborate with the peer supporter's multidisciplinary team to develop and implement training materials and education programs.
- Help carry out outreach and engagement activities to promote the organization's services and support.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Completion of relevant training or certification, such as the State of Maine Certified Intentional Peer Support Specialist (CIPSS) Certification.
- Valid driving license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.
