**Key Responsibilities**

  • Drafting and Correspondence: Prepare and send letters, emails, and other written communications on behalf of the Partners and teams.
  • Audio Typing and Transcription: Provide accurate and timely transcription services for meetings, interviews, and other events.
  • Travel and Accommodation Arrangements: Book travel and accommodation for Partners and teams, ensuring seamless and efficient arrangements.
  • Diary Management and Scheduling: Manage and coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings for the Partners and teams.
  • Communication and Reception: Answer and direct calls, respond to emails, and provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors.
  • Filing and Document Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems, ensuring easy access to documents and records.
  • Support to Accounts Team: Assist the Accounts team with invoicing, billing, and other financial tasks.
  • Ad-Hoc Administrative Support: Provide additional administrative support to the wider business as required.

**Requirements**

  • At least 1 year of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a professional services sector.
  • Professional manner and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
