Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Gas Supervisor Technical Team Leader to join our team at Liberty. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing contract requirements, leading a team of engineers, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage contract requirements for gas installs, maintenance, and repairs, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services.
  • Lead a team of engineers in the field, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of tasks.
  • Meet client and business KPIs, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Deputise for line management, providing cover for senior roles as required.
  • Complete regular asset, van stock, PPE, uniform, and vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong knowledge of contract parameters and implications, as well as company procurement processes.
  • Adopt and apply the company escalation protocol, ensuring effective communication and resolution of issues.
  • Support the field and back office teams with end-to-end processes, providing guidance and assistance as needed.
Requirements
  • Recognised formal training attaining the relevant craft qualification.
  • NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent.
  • ACS Qualifications CCN1, HTR1, CKR1, CENWAT.
  • LPG, UNVENTED qualifications are desirable.
  • Understanding of gas legislation.
  • Full driving license.
  • Understanding of Health and Safety and working to best practice.
  • Ability to manage own time and workload.
  • Experience of working with the public, demonstrating excellent customer service.
  • Flexibility.
