Position Summary: We are in search of a seasoned IT Operations and Infrastructure Supervisor to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless operation of our IT systems and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the effective functioning of IT infrastructure, including storage, server, and network systems.
  • Implement robust security measures to safeguard Liberty's infrastructure against cyber threats.
  • Develop and execute the IT infrastructure strategy in alignment with the broader IT objectives.
  • Ensure compliance of server, storage, database, and network systems with established infrastructure strategies.
  • Conduct 24/7 monitoring of IT systems, providing real-time alerts to mitigate potential downtime.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

The successful candidate will possess a strong background in managing IT infrastructure operations, demonstrating a proven ability to maintain and support both virtualized on-premise and cloud environments. Experience with technologies such as Citrix and Azure is essential.
