Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor to join our team at Flannels, a luxury fashion retailer within the Frasers Group. As a Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting the store team and driving sales through excellent customer service and visual merchandising.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership
    • Support the store manager in leading the team and delegating tasks
    • Supervise work and ensure completion to a high standard
    • Use business communication tools to manage tasks and ensure team understanding
  • Visual Merchandising
    • Understand and deliver visual presentation guidelines to ensure effective product placement
    • Maximize sales opportunities through commercial awareness and product knowledge
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience
    • Understand customer needs and preferences to drive sales and loyalty
  • Store Operations
    • Support the store manager in maintaining store environment and housekeeping standards
    • Understand and comply with company policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Experience of leading a team within a retail environment
  • Knowledge of luxury brands and passion for fashion
  • Ability to drive sales through excellent customer service and visual merchandising
  • Understanding of commercial awareness and product knowledge
