Job Title: Store Supervisor - Luxury Retail
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Store Supervisor to join our team at Flannels, a leading luxury fashion retailer. As a Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in the day-to-day running of the store, including supervising staff, managing stock, and maintaining high standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in the day-to-day running of the store
- Supervise and motivate a team of sales assistants to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Manage stock levels, including receiving and processing deliveries, and maintaining accurate stock records
- Ensure the store is visually merchandised to the highest standard, including maintaining displays and ensuring products are facing and priced correctly
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies and initiatives to drive sales growth and customer engagement
- Monitor and report on sales performance, including identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive sales growth
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Work collaboratively with the Store Manager and other colleagues to achieve business objectives and support the overall success of the store
Requirements
- Experience of working in a retail environment, preferably in a supervisory or management role
- Knowledge of luxury fashion brands and products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, and to travel to other stores as required
- Basic IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly
