About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Supervisor to join our team at Footasylum. As a Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, including managing sales staff, maintaining store appearance, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate a team of sales assistants to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Monitor and maintain store appearance, including visual merchandising and stock levels
- Assist the Store Manager in achieving business objectives and implementing company policies
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a retail management role, preferably in fashion retail
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours
