We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales division, you will be responsible for driving sales growth across our luxury homeware line.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners, trade clients, and interior design professionals.
  2. Lead sales teams to achieve targets across wholesale and trade channels.
  3. Presentation and sales of collections at trade shows, industry events, and private showings.
  4. Collaboration with retail buyers and trade professionals to ensure efficient order processing and after-sales support.
  5. Identification and pursuit of new business opportunities in retail and trade sectors.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in luxury homewares or a related field.
  • Established network of contacts within retail and trade sectors.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and experience in managing end-to-end sales processes.
