Your Role

As an Optometrist, you will play a key part in creating an environment that combines clinical and operational excellence. You will work in partnership with an Optical Manager to develop new patient services, ensuring we offer our customers the most current and accessible services to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Screen patients and coach the wider team to maintain standards on the department.
  • Help develop new patient services to enhance the customer experience.
  • Work alongside the Optical Manager to create a culture of excellence in the department.
  • Support the development of new services and initiatives to meet the evolving eye care needs of our customers.

About You

We are seeking a fully qualified optometrist registered with the GOC, with a passion for delivering high-quality patient care. You will be able to use your skills and experience to deliver a memorable customer experience and contribute to the development of new patient services.
