About the Role

Safran Landing Systems is a world leader in aircraft landing and braking systems, and we're looking for a talented Systems Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you'll play a crucial role in the development of landing gear systems, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and manage the systems development process to ensure that the landing gear system meets its requirements on schedule.
  • Integrate mechanical and/or hydraulic systems, and plan engineering activities alongside the Programme Chief Engineer to ensure successful development certification of the landing gear system.
  • Own all project deliverables, including System/Equipment Requirements Definitions, Validation Matrices, Verification Matrices, and other deliverables required by the Validation & Verification process.
  • Liaise with customers to ensure all requirements are properly defined and that projects progress as planned.
  • Generate technical reports clearly and accurately, and write Declarations of Design Performance documentation.
