Job Opportunity: Food and Beverage Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Assistant Manager to join our team at Ickworth, a stunning Italianate Palace in the heart of Suffolk. As a key member of our food and beverage team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing daily operations, and contributing to the success of our cafes and restaurants.

About the Role

As Food and Beverage Assistant Manager, you will work closely with our Food and Beverage Manager to ensure the smooth operation of our food and beverage services. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing daily operations, including staff supervision, inventory control, and cash handling.
  • Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that our visitors have a memorable and enjoyable experience.
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of new menu ideas, promotions, and events.
  • Collaborating with our food and beverage team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
