We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Assistant Manager to join our team at Ickworth. As a key member of our food and beverage team, you will be responsible for supporting the Food and Beverage Manager in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest standards of food and beverage quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Food and Beverage Manager in leading the food and beverage team to achieve exceptional customer service and quality standards.
- Assist in the development and implementation of food and beverage strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of food and beverage sales, stock levels, and waste management.
- Collaborate with the food and beverage team to ensure seamless service delivery and high-quality food and beverage products.
- Support the recruitment, training, and development of food and beverage team members.
