Job Description

Role Summary:

The Corporate Account Manager will be responsible for driving business growth and development through strategic account management and sales initiatives. This role will focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, identifying new business opportunities, and developing and implementing account plans to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including senior-level decision makers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, market analysis, and customer engagement.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, preferences, and pain points to provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and product teams, to ensure alignment and effective execution of account plans.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to management on account performance, sales progress, and market trends.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and account plans.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Jungheinrich products, services, and solutions to effectively communicate value to customers.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and account plans.
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies, tactics, and processes to drive business growth and improve sales performance.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in account management, sales, and business development.
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies, tactics, and processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and market trends.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong business acumen, with ability to understand customer needs, preferences, and pain points.
  • Ability to travel, as required, to meet with customers and attend industry events.
