Service Desk Administrator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Service Desk Administrator to join our busy Service Team at Trinity Resource Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Answer inbound calls, respond to emails, and action voicemails to provide a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Service Management: Create quotes, close service reports, and manage account queries to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Inventory Management: Process worksheets, manage stock adjustments, and create return to fits to ensure accurate inventory levels.
  • Order Management: Create and manage orders for cleaning products and spare parts to meet customer needs.
  • Team Support: Collaborate with colleagues to provide proactive support and engage with all areas of the business.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to be a pro-active, self-motivated individual with excellent administrative skills, top customer service skills, and knowledge of Excel. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
