**Opportunity Overview:**

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced nurse or allied health professional to join our team as a clinical assessor. This role involves assessing applicants' medical evidence, gathering relevant information, and producing comprehensive reports to support the Victims' Payments Board.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate applicants' medical records to determine the extent of their disability.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to gather additional evidence as required.
  • Compile detailed reports based on gathered information and medical evidence.

Essential Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' post-registration experience.
  • Current full registration with the NMC.
  • Specialised knowledge in Mental Health/Psychiatric care.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.

  • Competitive salary: £38,500-£41,400 per annum.

  • Flexible working hours, 8am-8pm, 37.5 hours/week.
  • Hybrid working arrangement, primarily home-based with occasional clinic visits.
