About the Role

As a Business Partner, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and market share for our Channel & Customer teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-build Joint Business Plans aligned to Category strategies, providing insights & analysis and ensuring forecast accuracy.
  • Main finance point of contact to the Channel & Customer Director and their team, driving performance across four categories.
  • Engage with Channel & Customer teams, providing analysis and commentary throughout the monthly cycle, collaborating with Category Finance.
  • Animate customer P&Ls, sharing insights and recommendations with wider stakeholder groups.
Month End Activities
  • Lead month end closing activities, working closely with Invoice to Cash team to deliver on-time, accurate P&L topline reporting.
  • Internal audit controls, including working with Auditors at year end on accruals management.
Systems and Continuous Improvement
  • Develop detailed working knowledge of systems, driving new reports and processes to meet business requirements.
  • Proactively seek more efficient ways of working in the team and across the business.
About You
  • Strong business partnering skills, ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and information cascading skills across different functions.
  • Finance systems & processes, advanced Excel skills.
  • P&L management, variance analysis.
  • Commercial focus with understanding of customer dynamics, ideally FMCG.
