Job Description

  • You will be the main point of contact for residents throughout major works projects, ensuring a high standard of customer service.
  • Your duties will include identifying residents' needs, consulting with them, and supporting our customers alongside our service providers.
  • You will lead on community investment and resident involvement work with partnering contractors to deliver social value.
  • You will work with safer neighbourhood teams, external agencies, and other partners to deliver planned and major works.
  • You will signpost residents to encourage take-up of training and support.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders. You should have a good understanding of the needs of vulnerable residents and be able to identify and refer concerns appropriately.
