IT Support Administrator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized IT Support Administrator to join our team. As the first point of contact for IT issues, you will be responsible for assessing and resolving technical queries in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and manage helpdesk tickets to ensure prompt resolution of IT issues.
  • Allocate incoming requests to the relevant IT Engineer and update the system accordingly.
  • Provide clear communication throughout the ticketing process to keep stakeholders informed.
  • Administer new starter IT onboarding and relevant changes as required.
  • Offer basic first-line technical support for software, hardware, and network issues.
  • Liaise with external parties for purchasing and repairs of IT equipment.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including data entry and organization of IT documents.
  • Assist the management team in improving processes and providing ad-hoc support with other IT and administrative duties.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in an administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • General understanding of basic IT hardware and software.
  • A self-motivated approach with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • A passion to further IT knowledge and skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills.

  • A competitive salary of £24,000 - £26,000 per annum.
