Financial Inclusion Officer

We are seeking a skilled Financial Inclusion Officer to join our team at One Manchester. As a key member of our community development team, you will play a vital role in supporting our customers and communities.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, community groups, and stakeholders to understand their financial needs and aspirations.
  • Design and deliver financial education and awareness programs to support customers in making informed financial decisions.
  • Work closely with our team to identify and address barriers to financial inclusion, and develop solutions to support customers in achieving their financial goals.
  • Contribute to the development of our community investment strategy, and work with stakeholders to deliver projects that promote financial inclusion and support our customers.
