We are seeking a skilled Financial Inclusion Specialist to join our team at One Manchester. As a key member of our financial inclusion team, you will play a vital role in providing customer-focused financial inclusion services to help customers manage their finances and improve their financial capability.
About the Role:- Provide financial inclusion services to customers, including advice and support on managing finances, budgeting, and accessing welfare benefits.
- Work closely with our front-line teams to identify individuals in need of financial inclusion services.
- Deliver financial inclusion courses, such as UC Managed Migration and Unlocking Your Home, to customers.
- Have knowledge and experience of provision of welfare benefits advice, including relevant legislation such as the Welfare Reform Act 2012.
- Be a confident communicator and self-motivated individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Full driving license.
- Availability to work during the hours of 8am – 7pm Monday – Friday and Saturday 9am – 5pm.
