  • Deliver a customer-focused financial inclusion service to help customers manage their finances and improve their financial capability.

  • Design and deliver Financial Inclusion training courses for One Manchester customers.
  • Monitor quality of advice and provide constructive feedback and coaching to address any training needs with colleagues.
Requirements:
  • Experience of monitoring quality of advice with the ability to provide constructive feedback and coaching to address any training needs with colleagues.
  • Able to provide personal financial advice and guidance.
  • Computer literate with experience of housing management systems and case management systems.

We offer a service that operates from outreaches during the hours of 8:00am - 8:00pm and Saturdays from 9:00am - 12:00pm, there is a requirement to provide cover on a rota basis for these hours.
