Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality financial inclusion services to customers, providing coaching and feedback to colleagues to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
  • Provide personal financial advice and guidance to customers, including advice on benefits and relevant legislation.
  • Design and deliver Financial Inclusion training courses for One Manchester customers.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a seamless service delivery, providing constructive feedback and coaching to address any training needs.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to financial inclusion, ensuring they are aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Experience of monitoring quality of advice and providing constructive feedback and coaching to colleagues.
  • Ability to provide personal financial advice and guidance.
  • Knowledge and experience of provision of advice on benefits, including relevant legislation.
  • Computer literate with experience of housing management systems and case management systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, stakeholders, and colleagues.
