Job Title: Education Support Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant to join our team at a specialist school in Bramley. The successful candidate will support pupils with social and emotional difficulties, providing one-to-one and group assistance, motivating pupils with SEN, and assisting with behaviour management.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to work collaboratively with teachers, and demonstrate patience and understanding when working with vulnerable students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support class teachers in delivering engaging lessons
  • Provide individualized support to pupils with complex needs
  • Motivate pupils with special educational needs
  • Assist with behaviour management strategies
  • Collaborate with the teaching team to promote pupil engagement
