Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced SEN teacher to join our team at a SEN school located in Bramley. As a key member of our staff, you will play a crucial role in helping students within KS3 reach their full potential.
The school caters for children with social, emotional, and mental health needs, providing a varied curriculum and enrichment programme. You will be responsible for creating and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) while collaborating with support staff and specialists to ensure comprehensive support for students.
You will foster an inclusive and supportive classroom environment that encourages personal growth, emotional well-being, and academic achievement. Additionally, you will carefully track and assess student progress, maintaining accurate records and reports to inform future interventions and support strategies.
We are looking for a qualified teacher with a proven track record of teaching secondary school students with special educational needs. Strong understanding of SEN education, adaptable teaching methods, and a commitment to individualized instruction are essential.
