About the Role

Horizon Teachers is seeking an experienced SEN Teacher to join a dedicated team at a specialist school in Bramley. This full-time position offers a rewarding opportunity for students in Key Stage 3 to reach their full potential.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting students with Social, emotional and mental health needs, providing a tailored curriculum and enrichment programme to cater to their diverse needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement lesson plans that meet individual student needs
  • Collaborate with teachers and support staff to ensure consistent support
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and engagement

This role requires a dynamic and compassionate professional who can provide a supportive learning environment for students. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with Special Educational Needs and be able to adapt their teaching style to meet the unique needs of each student.

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
