We are seeking an experienced SEN Teacher to join our team at a SEN school in the UK. As a specialist in supporting students with SEMH needs, you will play a critical role in helping students achieve their academic and personal goals.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering effective educational programs that cater to the unique needs of students with SEMH requirements. You will work closely with colleagues to develop and implement tailored support systems that foster academic growth and personal development.

About the Job

The SEN teacher will be responsible for developing and implementing educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of SEMH students. You will also collaborate with colleagues to create a comprehensive support system for students with additional needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that meet the individual needs of SEMH students.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a comprehensive support system for students with additional needs.
  • Monitor student progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Contribute to curriculum development and implementation.

Estimated Salary Range: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, based on experience.
